Andrew Calvert
Managing Director
Before taking the majority shareholding within CRS, Andrew held a number of senior appointments within the Debt Collection, BPO and Financial Services market places. Being ACIB qualified Andrew worked for Barclays Bank, National & Provincial Building Society and Abbey National in a variety of roles from Area Sales Manager, Risk Manager to Call Centre Management.
After leaving the Financial Services environment Andrew worked in BPO sales with Experian and Next in their outsourcing arms. Andrew secured his first Directorship with Legal & Trade Limited one of the world's leading DCA's in 2002.

Frank Hammerton
Sales Director
Frank joined CRS in February 2009 and has enjoyed sales roles in this industry since 2002. Prior to then Frank worked in the Banking Industry spending a number of years as Sales and Marketing Director at Girobank plc.
Frank says "I jumped at the opportunity of joining CRS and working with Andrew again. What has been achieved here is fantastic and we will now take this business to the next level by continuing to deliver bespoke solutions to meet client needs, together with outstanding performance".

Darren Cole
Operations Manager
Darren has recently joined CRS as Operations Manager following a career in many areas of collections work.
His experience covers both Industry and DCA collection roles and in all he has 18 years experience of high volume collections and tracing in both consumer and commercial markets.
He says "My role is to ensure the delivery of first class service and that we meet and exceed the needs of our clients and that is what we are doing. I am particularily impressed with the drive to deliver individual services for our clients".

Julie Calvert
Financial Director
Julie Calvert is our Finance Director and Company Secretary. She has had 25 years experience within the Banking and Finance Industry working for Nat West/RBS/Midland and Abbey. Julie has experience across a number of financial disciplines and manages our dedicated Finance team of 4.
"My banking background has enabled us at CRS to provide a highly efficient financial service. My team pride ourselves in getting money to our clients on time and correctly balanced every month. This philosophy is how we work throughout our business".
