Before taking the majority shareholding within CRS, Andrew held a number of senior appointments within the Debt Collection, BPO and Financial Services market places. Being ACIB qualified Andrew worked for Barclays Bank, National & Provincial Building Society and Abbey National in a variety of roles from Area Sales Manager, Risk Manager to Call Centre Management.
After leaving the Financial Services environment Andrew worked in BPO sales with Experian and Next in their outsourcing arms. Andrew secured his first Directorship with Legal & Trade Limited one of the world's leading DCA's in 2002.
