Client Account Director
Caroline joined CRS in May 2011 as Compliance Quality & Training Manager. Caroline has worked in the industry since 1993 and gained extensive experience at a number of collection agencies and solicitors practices. During her career Caroline has managed administration & finance departments, as well as collections in commercial, consumer and legal. She has successfully gained a pass with credit on the CSA City and Guilds Diploma Course.
Caroline’s is a well known industry figure and brings extensive compliance experience and knowledge to CRS.
Caroline was appointed to the CRS board in January 2012.
