As part of our commitment to technology, during 2010 we invested in a new state of the art telephony platform as well as implementing the Fair Isaac PlacementsPlus system allowing CRS to fully interface with clients in the consumer finance sector.

Systems and processes don't make a business, but they are an essential part of our service provision.
